1. During the initial presentation of concepts or deliverables, you may request revisions.
2. After approval of final designs/deliverables for a phase, the project moves forward to the next stage.
3. A fair usage revision policy applies to keep projects on schedule. Typically, up to 3 rounds of revisions per phase are included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines vary based on project scope (websites, web applications, AI chatbots, and AI voice assistants). Estimated timelines are shared during onboarding and may adjust based on feedback turnaround and scope changes.
Because our services involve time, labor, and custom work, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe an issue exists, contact us at info@techsterworld.com and we will work with you to resolve it through our revision process.
Once final deliverables have been approved and delivered, refunds are generally not applicable.
If domain or hosting is included as part of a package, the exact terms (provider, duration, and renewal) will be stated in your order or agreement. Email accounts, if included, may be configured using third-party tools and will follow the provider’s storage and usage limits.
Deliverables are typically shared via email or agreed delivery method (download link, repository access, or hosting). The timestamp of delivery and approvals may be used to determine revision windows and project milestones.
